The Republicans are called the Party of no by the Democrats. Are the Democrats using the right word? You have two words, no and know. When you use the word, no, that means I will not do something, or you had better not do whatever. Now then if I use the word know that means a person or thing has knowledge about something. When the Democrats say the Republicans are the party of know, does that mean they are knowledgeable on something the Democrats are not?

I watched an interview of a Republican Congressman who said the Republicans had a Health Care plan but the Democrats did not want to hear it. Their plan would not cost the country any money, their plan was to fix the existing Health Care System and then look into providing insurance to those not covered. I’m guessing here but I think they would go after Tort reform, allow companies to cross state lines and then do something about Medicare fraud. Do we have fraud, you bet we do and I have an example. My last trip to the hospital to get some minor surgery done, I was to have, at home, oxygen around the clock for a few days. Well I had it for a few days and we called the company to come get the oxygen unit. I had it three or four days max. They didn’t pick it up for another week; they charge Medicare for the full time it sat in my house. Fraud yes and is our current administration doing anything about it. I think you know the answer.

The Speaker of the House, as mentioned in the opening, has produced the largest bill of burden this country has ever known. The burden is called the House Health Care Bill and it will bog this country down for years. It will control almost everything you do and we will be subject of government control, in other words we will loose a lot of our freedoms. They will have absolute control over one sixth of the economy. We do not need this type of control on us. This bill did pass 220 Yea and 215 Nay it will go to conference and be merged with the Senate Bill and together it will amount to the largest Congressional and Presidential Fraud in the history of this country. This is Socialism and Communism and remember we are a free country. Health Care is not spelled out in the Constitution and could be Unconstitutional 

I received a phone call the other day from a very good friend of mine, he was calling about last weeks Blog and my up coming knee replacement. When we get on the phone, I will admit we stay on for a long time. We started talking about what is going on in Washington and he pointed out a very interesting item and after I thought about it, I tend to agree with him. He felt the Lord has sent us our current President and Administration to wake up an apathetical America. Is it working….we have the Tea Party, we have elections going to Republican Candidates, which could be a sign of things to come in 2010. I feel we probably have as many out of touch Republicans as we have Democrats. We the People have an opportunity to change the faces in Washington over the next two or three years and we need to take advantage of it. Will we or will we go back to our cocoons of apathy? 

We had had elections in New Jersey and Virginia this past week to pick new Governors. The ones voted in were Republicans. Some pundits are saying it was against our present Administration in Washington. It has sent them a message, I’m not sure they got the message or if in fact it was strong enough to make a difference. According to the White House these election only reflected what was going on in the two states and they consider them as just local issues. Well that may be true and that may be their way of saying we are not worried, at least not on the surface but deep down we are scared to death. The issues in those two states were Jobs, Economy, Health Care, out of control Spending and Taxes. That sure sound like the same thing that is going on in Washington.

We will now see more people coming out to test the waters in the 2010 elections. Some states will have primaries this coming summer and those will be of great interests. One here in Nevada is the run for this states Governor’s office. We currently have a Republican in that office and the Democrats in this state hate him. That is probably good because he does put the skids on a lot of junk bills they come up with. His one main problem is he cannot keep his fly closed and it has caused quite a case in the Divorce Courts between him and his wife. I think she should run against him, she would probably beat him. Besides that she is a very attractive woman.

We had a Federal Court Judge who has quit his job to run against the current Governor. This guy has an excellent back ground, he was in the State Assembly for a number of terms, he was the Attorney General before his appointment to the bench and his wife and I worked together several years ago. They are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. It will be a fight in the Primaries because both are Republicans. I would work for him if I have the opportunity. He was asked why he didn’t run against Harry “The war is lost” Reid and he said he didn’t want to raise his kids in Washington. I can’t blame him for that.

I went to the White House Web site and scrolled to the bottom of the page, I had no interest in reading about the smoke the Administration is trying to blow up our butts. Anyway once there I went to the right side of the page and clicked on the Constitution. I took out my copy and compared the two documents. Theirs was different from mine. Theirs and I’m guessing here, is their summary or interruption of the original document. You would think that the White House of all places would post the original document. Well maybe not, they are a Left Wing Socialist, Marxist, Communist Democrats and what would you expect from such a bunch of radicals like that?

I had this wrapped up and ready to put on line, but I received an e-mail asking about the Czars and I thought I would share my answer to the question with you.

 According to the United States Code Title 3 Section 105, the president can hire up to 25 people to assist in his administration. He is over the 25 limit, so the over flow is assigned to various cabinet members, who have no authority over them, but they do report to Obama through his Chief of Staff. I think his total Czars are about 37.  The problem is that Congress cannot touch them because legally they have been covered. If you dig into the back ground of these people you will find that a lot have been members of Marxist Organizations or have been affiliated with George Soros.  World Net Daily has a publication on these Czars. I have not purchased it yet but I have read some of the comments about the publication and I find that they have dug into these people and did some research on them. Some have refereed them as a Shadow Government, and it probably is. What is putting a damper on the entire thing is the Republicans taking Jersey and Virginia, the Tea Party Movement and 70% of We the People who have woken up to the fact we are on the road to Socialist Government. I think Obama and the rest of his Liberals figured we would just sit back and do nothing.

I receive a lot of newspaper internet publications from all over including Israel, London, United States, Russia, New Zealand, Canada and Australia. I also get Right and Left Wing Bloggers and their stuff runs the road from left to right and some far and some in the middle. What I find interesting are the comments people have posted to the news publications on various article. I may be guessing here but I really feel people are getting somewhat fed up with the present Administration.

Some of the comments regarding the things the Administration comes up with, such as appointments, actions, policies and comments from the Administration; it seems to be a cross the board mistrusts in what they are doing. If I were Chairman Mao Obama, I would have approached the “Changes” somewhat differently. Not in the first nine months I was in office but over four years. It is sort of like in the old west when the outlaws robbed banks; they came out shooting and raising all kinds of commotions. Everyone noticed, but if they had been quite and strolled out got on their horses and rode off, it would enhanced their chance for escape. The other way everyone will be taking a shot at you. That’s what is happening. They should have realized “We the People” were very content in our cocoons and let things roll along. They have upset the cocoons and We the People are asking why.

I really think if we had known more about Chairman Mao Obama before he was elected, he would probably still be in the streets of Chicago trying to organize a soup kitchen. He has proven, each week, that he does not have the experience to run this country and be able to make decisions based on the good of the nation. Look at Afghanistan, the month of October we had more service personnel killed there than any other month. If the November body count is up or even with the past month and Chairman Mao Obama has not committed to sending more troops, we may as well pull out and come home. It shows his lack of intestinal fortitude for the job. He is more concerned about his image, making flowery speeches and putting down America for its success. Catch the Chairman without Teleprompters and he cannot talk without stumbling through it.

Chairman Mao Obama, as I wrote this, has not made a commitment to send troops to Afghanistan. We have heard that he may send half of what was requested. What he is doing is strictly political, He is trying to satisfy the Left and show support to the troops that are there. I have news for the idiot that will not get it! This past week he made a trip to Dover to honor the dead coming back from the war zones; a photo opportunity and nothing more. If he doesn’t send the troops that were asked for, he is going to be spending a lot of time in Dover getting his picture taken.

I took an opinion poll this past week that was centered on his communication skills. I answered the poll questions that were very negative towards him, but when tallied, I was out in left field. Most people felt that he is given questions prior to his news conferences and they are screened for content and his speeches are composed for him and he has little or no input into them. As I thought about it, the results of the poll were correct and I agreed with them.

I strongly feel that if the Congress turns around in 2010 and both Houses go Republican or enough Independents are elected where both parties out number Democrats, they should draft Articles of Impeachment against the President. I know we would get Biden, but he would only have to serve out two years and he would be a Lame Duck anyway, more so than what he is now. If both Houses were changed, Biden wouldn’t get any legislation that would provide any sort of impact on the country. And if he did veto anything, Congress could over ride that veto. The new Congress would have the task of cutting down spending and get the debt under control. They would also have to review any bills signed by the Chairman and determine their validity and offer repeals. They would need to turn the control of the companies that are now under the eyes of the Federal Government back to the stock holders.

We had a Health Care Bill come out of the Senate and it may be up for a vote by the time you read this and maybe not. Harry “The War is Lost” Reid was looking for the nuclear option to get it through the Senate. It looks as though it will not get that. A number of Democrats, one Independent and Republicans as a whole will not vote for the Public Option. Pelosi’s House Democrats came out with a plan that includes the Option, both could get bogged down to the point they may drop off the table and will need its own Health Care plan to get it off the floor. Personally I feel they should look at the present system and do something about Tort Reform, and allow Insurance Companies to cross state line. If there were more competition around the country, like there is for Auto Insurance, we could have lower Health Insurance.

This past weekend was the 145^th Birthday of the State of Nevada. I would guess we are about the only State to celebrate with a parade that includes Floats with Politicians and Prostitutes. Come to think of it, there is not much difference between the two. Anyway everyone has a lot of fun with the parade and the different costumes people have come up with. We took the Grand Daughters this year, it was the first for both and they had a good time.

I dressed up for Halloween. I went as a Bleeding Heart Left Wing Socialist Liberal Democrat, but I didn’t scare anyone. I was told there have been so many around on and off TV, they don’t scare anyone. Fact is they wanted me to go out back in the alley and see if they could change my mind. I changed it before we got to the alley.

On November 9^th, next Monday, I will be going in to get a knee replacement. I will be staying in the hospital for about four days. My wife is a lamb eater and I hate lamb, cannot stand the smell when it is cooking so I told her this is her chance to load up on lamb while I’m away. I’m not sure when I will get back to the Blogs but we will play it by ear. I will post one on the ninth, but after that it may be a week or two.
